Qualification Requirements

Successful Master Franchisees are experienced in many facets of operating a business and have a desire to build their own long-term, sustainable business. They are comfortable leading and managing all facets of a business and most importantly, understand that franchising is a people business. Successful Master Franchisees excel at attracting prospective franchisees in their territory, and then work with them to develop highly productive franchise units thereby maximizing the return on their territory investment.

If you are an entrepreneur or an experienced executive, whose goal is to build a rewarding business, closely review the opportunity to become a Master Franchise Owner.

Business Experience and Skills

We are particularly interested in Master Franchisee Candidates with a minimum of 5-years of successful entrepreneurial or executive experience. We look for people who excel in some or all of the following areas:

Marketing
Sales
Human Resources
Training
Operations

Master Franchisee Candidates are requested to provide a resume of professional experience that supports working successfully in one or more of these areas and with people in a team environment.

In order for us to properly educate prospective Master Franchisees, and to ultimately train and support Master Franchisees, we require that Candidates have the ability to effectively communicate in English.

Financial Commitment

Investing in a Master Franchise requires a significant level of financial commitment as Candidates will be developing and ultimately supporting multiple franchise offices across their territory. Depending on territory specifications, following are the minimum financial requirements for Master Franchisee Candidates:

Total Initial Investment:
$100,000 to $500,000

Minimum Liquid Assets:
$75,000 to $200,000
